Project Overview
A complete UI/UX redesign of Strong Rental Cars Qatar’s website and mobile application. The goal was to simplify the complex 6-step booking process into a 3-step, user-friendly flow — enhancing speed, usability, and overall brand trust.
The Problem
The previous platform had a lengthy 6-step booking process with unclear navigation and inconsistent UI. Users faced friction while selecting cars, adding details, and confirming bookings, leading to high drop-off rates and customer frustration.
The Solution
I redesigned the website and mobile application with a minimalistic, modern interface and condensed the booking flow into 3 intuitive steps — Select Car, Schedule, and Confirm. Integrated real-time car availability, smart filters, AI-assisted recommendations, and an improved mobile-first experience to enhance accessibility and speed.
