Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the services provided by Usama Zahid ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our design services, including but not limited to brand identity design, UI/UX design, and motion design services.

We provide professional design services including:

• Brand Identity Design: Logo design, brand guidelines, color systems, typography, and visual identity.
• UI/UX Design: User interface design, user experience design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Motion Design: Animation, video editing, motion graphics, and interactive experiences.

All services are provided on a project basis or through ongoing retainer agreements as mutually agreed upon.

3.1 Project Initiation

All projects begin with a consultation to understand your needs, goals, and requirements. Following this, we'll provide a detailed proposal including scope, timeline, and pricing.

3.2 Revisions

The number of revision rounds will be specified in your project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3.3 Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on the complexity of work, feedback response time, and scope changes. We'll communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on project scope and requirements.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged

4.3 Late Payments

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in project suspension and may incur a late fee of 5% per month.

5.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain ownership of all preliminary designs, drafts, and unused concepts.

5.2 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.3 Third-Party Assets

Any stock images, fonts, or third-party assets used in your project may require separate licenses. We'll inform you of any such requirements.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approval at each project stage
• Supply all necessary materials, content, and information
• Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Communicate clearly and professionally

7.1 Client Cancellation

You may cancel a project at any time. However, the deposit is non-refundable, and you'll be charged for work completed up to the cancellation point.

7.2 Our Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a project if terms are violated, payments are not made, or if the working relationship becomes untenable. In such cases, you'll receive work completed to date.

We respect your privacy and will keep all project information confidential. We will not disclose any proprietary or confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

If your project requires an NDA, we're happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We make every effort to deliver high-quality work but cannot guarantee specific business results or outcomes from our designs.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
